SUPER MARIO (UK)

Super Mario is one of the most charismatic dance teachers who was born in India, but he moved to the UK as a teenager.

He has been enslaved in the UK, where he is still a renowned and respected artist from the Latin community all over the world.

Its amazing style with fantastic combinations and moves, along with the special teaching technique make it extremely popular all over the world.

Mario has earned his title Million Moves Man through his ability to create any number of unique combinations.

 ROBY G (ITA)

Roberto Giovannini known as “Roby G” started dancing at the age of 11 lots of dancing styles like hip hop, house and modern dance. From the age of 19 he started dance Caribbean dance like Cuban salsa, rumba, son and bachata. He studied with the best Cuban teachers in the world like: Alberto Valdes, Barbarito Ramos, Roly Maden, Maykel Fonts and so on. In the next years he started dancing in the most important national and international congresses of salsa and in 2005 he joined different italian television events as a model and dancer.

In 2008 moved definitely to Calabria to found the “Roby G academy” that hosts every year hundred of students all over the south of Italy. in 2016 he founded his personal team “Roby G y su Latin White”.

He’s known as “the king of animation” for his great ability to involve and entertain people at all parties as he stands out for the professionality, power and passion for dance.

MORENASSO & ADI BARAN (AGO/ISR)

Morenasso Crack – King of kizomba from Angola, is one of the most appreciated kizomba dancers. Born in Luanda, he started dancing in the Maianga Carnival group.
The accumulated experience, authenticity and unmistakable style are essential for a world-class dancer.
Adi Baran is a ethereal appearance that exudes elegance every step. Israeli Kizombera will be for the first time on the line-up of the Romania Salsa Week festival, so we are sure to make a sensation among lovers of the Kizomba genre.

EDWIN RIVERA (USA)

Edwin Rivera is one of the most appreciated latin dancers of our generation. At 13 years old his mum gives him an ultimatum: professional dancing or Military School; Edwin chooses to dance, later becoming a choreographer, instructor, musician, producer and DJ.

He travels to Los Angeles where he is discovered by the salsa ambassador Albert Torres, who will guide Edwin further in his dancing and entertainment career.

While a dance is usually created to express music, Edwin chooses to create music that expresses his dance, converting the rhythm of his passion, dancing, as he lives it. So is Edwins first music album, “Soul of a Dancer“.

UMBERTO NOCITA (ITA)

De-a lungul anilor a studiat și a lucrat cu cei mai mari muzicieni, dansatori și artiști din lume.

Fiecare dintre ei și-a lăsat amprenta asupra dezvoltării lui Umberto și a contribuit, la crearea stilului său unic.

Interesul și pasiunea lui Umberto pentru muzica latină l-au determinat să exploreze o mulțime de stiluri de dans, să creeze un număr mare de coregrafii, să participe la diferite concursuri de dans și să interpreteze cele mai mari scene din lume.

LATIN WHITE (ITA)

The Latin White team is composed by Johnny Loprete, Devid Leone and Marco Salerno. They were born in the south of Italy, Calabria, Catanzaro. both of them started dancing in Roby G academy in catanzaro different styles of salsa, rumba, afro Cuban folklore, hip hop and contemporary dance.

The group Roby G y su Latin White led by Roby G was founded in 2016 and is active in the most important international congresses, where they teach their style to students from all the countries and all ages . Let their energy and spirit involve you to spread happiness all over the parties!!

Frank Santos is one of the most talented artists in Europe.

His dominance is recommended to be an exotic appearance alongside his beautiful partener, Gatica.

Frank Santos and Gatica come to the Salsa Week to delight us with an exceptional bachelor show.

CHRISTINA ORTEGA (SPA)

Kiko & Christina started to teach their first Bachata workshops together in 2013 . In January 2014 they decided to move to Hamburg, Germany in order to introduce the sensual Bachata style in the area and being motivated to share their passion.

After creating their brand KC dance projects, they began to travel to various dance festivals around the country.

In 2017 both moved to Basel, Switzerland in order to create a Bachata teaching concept for the dance school “Bailamos Salsa” and are part of the teacher team.

Today Kiko & Christina are internationally recognized Bachata Sensual instructors, booked for congresses all over the world.

ARNOLD BUNDA (CMR)

Originally from Cameroon, Arnold is a Kizomba, semba, Afrohouse and other African dances aficionado.
Josy Semkiz, is of Angolan origin and had been exposed to the country’s music and rhythm since her very early age.
Classes with both Josy & Arnold are a mixture of knowledge sharing and fun experience.

They place a particular accent in basics mastery and detailawareness, their footwork and ginga (bodymovement) are few of their key tools wich makes them stand out in Kizomba Sembascene.

Both Arnold & Josy thrives to make their classes a source of well being as well as self improvement in dance

WILMARK (COL & ROU)

His soul travels daily between Colombia and Romania.

Columbia – his birthplace with its warm and gentle flavor of a happy childhood and Romania – the country that brought him his two great loves: family and salsa.

Wilmark is the chameleon artist who loves challenges, an colombian ambassador of culture and salsa.

Pampered by the stage and loved by the spotlights for his exotic accent, loquacious style and free spirit, Wilmark remains the same open and positive man.

CATALIN & ANDREEA (ROU)

Catalin Munteanu is instructor and founder of the iDance dance school in Bucharest. The numerous awards and awards won at the national and international salsa festivals reflect the 20 years of experience in this field, the experience gained by the two cups brought to Romania following the representation of the country at the 2017 salsa world championship in Orlando Florida: 1st and 3rd place of its students at iDance Studio.

Andreea Munteanu is an accredited instructor of the iDance dance school in Bucharest. She started acting as an affiliated dancer at the Romanian Dance Sports Federation at the age of 13. In 11 years of activity in this field, he has won many important awards. At the age of 24 he fell in love with SALSA., and throughout this time he has deeply studied this field, he has improved with finalist artists at the world championship, has participated in many festivals and competitions that have brought him great results both nationally and internationally.

LORENZO & IRINA (ROU)

Lorenzo and Irina discovered the Latin community in 2008, and 7 years later, after a lot of projects and partnerships, they decided to work together, setting up Global Latino Bucharest.

The two are Latin international dancers, and their hearts beat the senses of the sensual bachate. Lorenzo and Irina focused on traveling and dancing around the world in countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Slovenia, France, Germany, Bulgaria, in order to learn and make others fall in love of this Latin dance.

Their style is based on sensual movements, body movements, elegance and leadership principles and consequence in dance.
